Real Project Evidence
China Sourcing Case Studies
Selected examples of order coordination, freight execution and after-sales support for overseas buyers.
From Working Agreement to Confirmed Order
The engagement began with a clear sourcing and logistics agreement. Product variants, quantities, payment options, deposits and item-level costs were then confirmed before the supplier order was locked.

Packing List, Forwarding and Delivery
Packing information was consolidated for freight quotations and split between air and sea where appropriate. The order was followed through packing, transfer to the forwarder and final delivery.

Stock, Payment and Shipment Readiness
Local follow-up kept the supplier, warehouse and buyer aligned on remaining payment, stock, additional quantities and delivery to the shipping agent.

Remote Technical Troubleshooting After Delivery
When equipment developed recurring issues after delivery, fault information, videos and device logs were collected and relayed to the Chinese manufacturer. Technical instructions and supporting documents were then coordinated for the buyer.
